Booking and payment terms and conditions, cancellation fees

Booking conditions / Terms of payment

  • 20% deposit of the total tour price is due on definitive booking
  • 90 days before departure final payment 100 % of the total tour price.

Cancellation fees

  • If the trip is canceled after the definitive booking has been made, the 20% deposit will not be refunded. This is a contribution towards the costs of labor already incurred, cancellation fees for third-party services, etc.
  • Cancellations between 90 and 31 days before the start of the trip: 50% refund
  • Cancellations between 30 or less days before departure: no refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to mail@switzerland-highlights.com. The date of cancellation is the date on which we receive the cancellation email to mail@switzerland-highlights.com.

Cancellation of the trip is only valid once we have confirmed the cancellation from our side by email.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance (including trip delay, trip cancellation, trip interruption and baggage insurance) as soon as a trip has been booked.

Health, accident and emergency evacuation insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive health, accident and emergency evacuation insurance.
