Mount Pèlerin

On the north-eastern shore of Lake Geneva, north of Vevey, the impressive Mont Pèlerin range of hills stretches majestically up to an altitude of around 700 meters. To enjoy the breathtaking view from there, you can take the charming funicular railroad “Funi”, which takes you through the idyllic vineyards of Chardonne to the summit of Mont Pèlerin. Not only does spectacular scenery await you there, but also a television tower with a breathtaking viewing platform at a height of 64 meters. Thanks to the “Plein Ciel” panoramic lift, you can reach this platform with ease.

From the viewing platform, you can enjoy an incomparable panoramic view of Lake Geneva, the famous Lavaux vineyard terraces and the whole of western Switzerland. You can let your gaze wander as far as the imposing Fribourg and Vaud Pre-Alps and even catch a glimpse of the Jura.
