Lake Sils – the highest cruise course in Europe

During the summer months, the modern motorboat “Segl-Maria” runs four times a day from Sils Maria to Maloja on the south-western shore of the lake and back. The MS Segl-Maria, a motorboat with 30 passenger seats, was built by the renowned “Trullio Abbate” speedboat shipyard on Lake Como. The scenic trip takes in the Chastè peninsula, Plaun da Lej and Isola.

The relaxing cruise offers a welcome change from the various hikes around the lake.

In summer, the Upper Engadine is a true fishing paradise. The numerous waters, including Lake Sils, are mainly home to mountain trout, grayling and char. Fishing is open from the beginning of May to mid-September (operation on request in bad weather).
